Customers who purchase over ￥11,000 (including tax) will receive free shipping.
However, please note that if you choose cash on delivery (COD), an additional COD fee will apply.
Additionally, for deliveries to Okinawa, there will be a shipping fee of ￥1,200.
For remote islands, extra shipping fees will be added. Thank you for your understanding.
The "Cash on Delivery Receipt" issued by Sagawa Express upon delivery will serve as your payment receipt.
Please note that we will not issue a separate receipt.
In the event of loss or damage of goods due to the courier's error, we will seek compensation for damages from the delivery company.
We do not offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Deadline: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product (by the specified date).

Condition for Return/Exchange: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused and unopened products. Please return the product in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories (boxes, bags, cards, etc.). We will proceed with the return or exchange once the item is received.
Please Note:
Minor scuffs, scratches, or stains are considered acceptable for imported or display items.
Damaged boxes, accessories, or defects due to being imported or display items are not eligible for return.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale items
Hygiene items (e.g., underwear)
Products marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page
Items with damaged, soiled, or missing "invoice, product tags, labels, or other accessories"
Products with odors, stains, or damage caused by the customer
Products returned with the shipping label directly on the product box
Products whose packaging has been opened or damaged (such as CDs where the packaging is part of the product)
Products returned more than 8 days after delivery
Items returned without prior notice or using a method other than specified by us
Cooling-Off Period: Please note that mail-order purchases are not subject to the Cooling-Off system, as they are not considered doorstep sales.
